Include the project name or ID, the step you were on, what you expected and the error message you saw. Include your browser and whether you were using a phone or computer. You can leave manuscript text and source files out of the first message.
Account and sign-in
Use the Sign in action on the website, including in the phone menu. Open the latest sign-in email; if a link has expired, request a new one. Your research question is restored in the same browser session. You can add sources inside your project.
Work that has stopped
Open the project to inspect its task status. A queued task is waiting for the worker; a provider limit or failure appears with its saved status. Use the project’s retry or continue action when offered. Research plan and source-review checkpoints wait for your decision.
Review and data controls
Open the issue count beside the manuscript toolbar to compare passages with source evidence. Editing and export remain available while issues are unresolved. To delete a project, open Navigation, choose Activity and use its delete action. For broader account or privacy requests, use the contact address above.
